Do you think sleep hours effect yohr productivity ?

Ofcourse sleep has be during the night, the release of certain enzymes which make you fresh and productive in the morning happens after mid night till 4:00 am.

To be successful in life, try to wake as early as possible. I say an average person wakes at 7 am. Trying to wake at 5 am gives 2 extra hours in a day, 14 hours in a week and 728 hours which is equal to one month in a year. By getting an extra month, you have extra chances to be successful and gives you a head start.

I have this issue of things getting trapped in my mind and never get them out. I always find myself less innovative and thoughtful when I haven't slept well at nights. To me, at least 7 hours of sleep is a good to go thing.
